As a family-owned supermarket for over 70 years, Schnucks is proud of its tradition of top-quality selections, service excellence and friendliness. We currently have openings for experienced full-time Journeyman Meat Cutters to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and proficient in cutting retail cuts of beef, pork, lamb and veal; operating the meat saw and grinder; as well as experience making sausage and grinding. Minimum 3 years experience as a Journeyman Meat Cutter is required. Preference will be given to those with leadership experience as a Head Meat Cutter/Meat Manager.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, engage with the customers, enjoy working as part of a team, strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, have a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer focus. All positions require weekend availability.
