It is very important that you use your correct
Internet email address when you join.
Otherwise, you won't receive a confirmation when
you place an order. It also makes it harder for us to contact
you if we have any questions about your order. And besides,
it's easier for you to remember your email address than a number
we assign, don't you think?
Your online service or internet service provider can tell you
what your email address is, but here are some tips for the most
common providers:
- America On-Line: Your Internet email address is your AOL
account name followed by "@aol.com" (not just @aol
or just the account name).
- Prodigy: Just like AOL, but add "@prodigy.net" to your
account name.
- Compuserve: If you have an account name, just add
"@compuserve.com" to it. If you have an old-style
Compuserve account number that looks like this
(123456,1234), then change the comma to a period and
then add "@compuserve.com".
- Local Businesses: If you get your Internet access
through your employer, you should ask a member of
your IS staff what your Internet email address is.
- Internet Service Providers: Most ISPs will give you an
Internet email address that is your username, followed
by a "@" and the domain name of the ISP. If you
have any questions about this, call your ISP. You
can't get it "almost right" and still make it work.
Some common ISP domains around St. Louis are
inlink.com, stlnet.com, primary.net, cdmnet.com,
msn.com, and swbell.net.
