ST. LOUIS - The Schwan Food Company today expanded a voluntary, Class 1 recall of Jan. 19, 2005 to include an additional 191,033 pounds of egg rolls and other frozen products produced Nov. 8 through Nov. 10, 2004, which may contain foreign material (glass fragments).
Schnucks and Logli stores carry an additional nine varieties of egg rolls in 6.4 - 11 oz. packages affected by the expanded recall. Customers are urged to check their freezers for all Pagoda egg rolls purchased at Schnucks or Logli stores with the following UPC codes:

Each package also displays the establishment number "EST. 5630" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The company expanded the recall based on an additional consumer complaint about one of its products. The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has received no reports of injury from the consumption of these products. This recall is affecting grocers nationwide.
Schnucks and Logli customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Mississippi and Tennessee may return the specified products to their nearest Schnucks or Logli store for a full refund.
