GlaxoSmithKline Recalls FiberChoice^ŽPlus Multivitamins Fiber Supplement

Product may contain fish gelatin - a known allergen

ST. LOUIS - GlaxoSmtihKline has issued a voluntary recall on FiberChoice^Žplus Multivitamins Fiber Supplement because it may contain undeclared fish gelatin - a known allergen.

The fish gelatin consists of the following species of fish: cod, pollock, hake, cusk, haddock, redfish, sole and flounder. Those who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to fish run the risk of serious allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Customers are urged to check for the 90-ct. bottle with UPC: 75714500581.

This recall relates only to the FiberChoice^Žplus Multivitamins Fiber Supplement and not to any other FiberChoice^Žitem.

Schnucks and Logli customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Mississippi may return the specified product to their nearest Schnucks or Logli for a full refund.
