Boston Brewing Company Recalls Defective Samuel Adams Beer Bottles

The Boston Brewing Company is recalling select Samuel Adams Beer Bottles because there is a slight chance the defective bottles may contain small grains or shards of glass.  The company has been able to isolate the defective product to a single glass plant.

There have been no reports of injury.

Consumers are urged to check all Samuel Adams beer for the affected product.  The potentially affected bottles are easily identified by a raised letter and number visible on the bottom edge of the bottle.  Affected bottles are embossed with the digits “N35” followed by the letters “OI.”

Schnucks and Logli customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Mississippi may return the specified product to their nearest store for a full refund.
