Schnucks Pulls Turkey Product Involved in Cargill Recall

ST. LOUIS - Schnuck Markets, Inc. has pulled all Frozen Honeysuckle White Cajun-Style Fried Whole Turkey product included in a recall announced today by Cargill Turkey Products of Waco, Texas. The product bears the establishment number P-635. The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

The product may have been shipped to Logli stores. Customers who purchased the product are asked to return it to the store for a full refund.

Schnucks pulled the product from stores as a precaution on Thursday, Dec. 14, when notified of a potential recall. The official recall notice by Cargill was announced today.

There were several ready-to-eat turkey and chicken products recalled. Schnucks carried only one of the products recalled. To contact Cargill directly, their Consumer Contact number is 888-621-2717.
