Unilever Issues Allergen Recall on 4.2 Ounce Box of Lipton® Chicken Noodle Soup

The Product is Carried at Schnucks and Logli Stores

ST. LOUIS - Unilever United States, Inc. of Englewood Cliffs, N.J. has recalled 4.2 ounce boxes of "Lipton® Noodle Soup - Chicken Noodle with diced white chicken meat" because the product may contain milk protein, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label.

This is an allergen related recall directed at those people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk protein. Those who are allergic may experience adverse health consequences if they consume this product. To date, there have been no reports of illness.

Consumers are urged to check for the 4.2-ounce box with UPC# 04100000332 and one of the following "Used by" dates:

MAY 02 07 MAY 03 07 MAY 04 07

MAY 05 07

Schnucks customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Mississippi and Iowa, including five Logli stores in Rockford, Ill. and Janesville, Wisc., may return the specified product to their nearest Schnucks or Logli store for a full refund.
