Schnucks DeKalb Store To Open To
Customers on Dec. 4
Schnucks Chairman and CEO Scott Schnuck
said, “Our focus is always on our customers and never has this been more
apparent then in this new marketplace store, a variation of a floor plan

his store customers will find a custom
floral department, in-store
bakery, expansive deli
department, seafood section
and a service meat department (featuring Certified Angus Beef®). In addition, there will be a made-to-order sandwich shop, a fresh-soup kiosk, a food and salad bar and an olive bar.
Schnuck
says, “Our DeKalb store will be one of the first to
open with all of the new amenities we have added over the past few months.” He explained, “Along with our quality
products and services, we are excited to be able to bring added value through our
new low pricing philosophy, grand opening values and our newly launched Free
Generic Prescription Antibiotic Program.”
Schnucks
recently announced that Schnucks pharmacies will offer free up to a 21-day
supply of 54 antibiotics in seven different families (including the often
prescribed amoxicillin, ciprofloxacin and penicillin) to customers with a valid
prescription. (For more information on
this program, please visit www.schnucks.com.) For customer convenience, the pharmacy also
will offer a drive through.
Schnuck
confirms that all is proceeding according to schedule thanks to the good work
of our local contractors. “My brothers
