Schnucks is proud to say that our store management team, including owners, has received food safety training, and a large number are certified.

Having worked for several health departments in the St. Louis region, our Food Safety Team brings with them more than 30 years of public health regulatory experience. They are active members of international, national and local health associations and committees.
